Shibu’s professional career in accounting gained momentum after he qualified as a chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He explored various opportunities around the world working in India, Saudi Arabia, Papua New Guinea, United States and ultimately moving to Canada in 2007. This has helped him gain significant experience in the fields of manufacturing, distribution and junior resource industry, more so building and understanding the cultural dimensions.

He has been in public practice since he moved to the United States when he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in 1998 and has exposure to accounting, audits and taxes for small and medium sized owner-managed business. After he moved to Canada he has been involved extensively in providing accounting, audit, tax and advisory services to small and medium sized public companies listed in the Canadian stock exchanges, owner managed corporations and not-for-profit organizations.

He is now focused on growing his public practice, working one on one with his clients and committed to providing them with assistance to meet their challenges and has since truly made a difference to several of his clients.

Shibu is actively involved in the community with various not-for-profit and charitable organizations and is currently a board member and Treasurer of Community Living Mississauga.
